This hotel has terrible customer service!!!!!!!

They double charged us for a room that was already paid for on line! They refused to listen and acted like the on line reservations were no good. My husbands company paid for the room and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. It was 2am and he was tired and didn't want to argue. When I called to speak with the "manager" he told me too bad and that we had no choice but to pay for the room again. Even after he told my husband the next morning that he found the reservation. Booking online is common and they will not honor even with a confirmation number. Maybe they need not be in the hotel business.
